Weekend Site Foreman

Location: Kemps Creek, NSW

Payrate: $45–$55 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Weekend shifts

Duties include:

• Supervising site operations across weekend shifts
• Coordinating trades, labour, and production teams
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
• Monitoring productivity and workflow across the site
• Acting as the key site point of contact during weekend operations
• Escalating any issues, delays, or safety concerns to management
• Maintaining site discipline, organisation, and safety standards

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Supervisor, or Leading Hand
• Experience within construction, modular construction, or manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate workflow effectively
• Trade background (carpentry, building, or similar) highly regarded
• Reliable and confident working independently
